Start production

Tell us what you want to make.

To talk with us, fill in your details and we'll come back with what it costs and how long it takes. If Rook isn't the right fit, we'll say so.

  • A fashion and graphic designer guides you through the entire process.
  • You get an indicative cost range, not a sales call.
  • Minimums start at 60 units per style.

We use your details to reply about production only.

The platform

Four stages. One workspace, connected.

Most brands lose time in the gaps between a designer, a factory and a freight forwarder. Rook removes the gaps by running every stage in one place, with the output of each stage feeding the next.

Pattern making and sample development happen alongside production, not in a separate silo.

    Why brands choose Rook

    Human intelligence, amplified.

Garments are still made by people who know how fabric behaves. Rook gives those people better information — and gives you a clear view of what they decided and why.

    • Low minimums that respect cash flow

Start from 60 units per style. Validate a drop with real garments instead of committing capital to a warehouse of unsold stock.

    • One team from sketch to shipment

No stitching together a pattern maker, three factories and a freight broker. Rook owns the whole chain and answers for all of it.

    • Decisions you can actually see

Every sample round, cost change and delay lands in your workspace with a timestamp, so nothing is buried in a chat thread.

    • EU

Freight and customs are planned alongside production, not bolted on at the end when margins are already set.

    Questions

    Before you get in touch.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Production starts from 60 units per style. Colourways within a style can often be split, which we confirm during your production brief.

How long does a full production cycle take?

Typically 12 to 14 weeks from approved brief to EU delivery. Sampling is usually the variable — timelines tighten when your tech pack is ready and fit feedback is quick.

Can you work from just a sketch or reference garment?

Yes. Many brands arrive with sketches, mood boards or a garment they want to develop from. Pattern making and tech pack creation are part of what Rook does.

Do you handle shipping and customs into the EU?

Yes. Freight and customs documentation are planned during production, so landed cost is known before you commit to bulk.

Where does the AI actually help?

It reads the production record — samples, costings, mill lead times — and surfaces cost, timeline and recurring quality patterns. Every recommendation is reviewed by the production team before it reaches you.

Who owns the patterns and designs?

You do. Your designs, patterns and tech packs remain yours, and are available to export from your workspace.
