What is the minimum order quantity?
Production starts from 60 units per style. Sizes and colourways within a style can often be split, which we confirm during your production process.
How long does a full production process take?
Sampling — up to 30 days after tech-pack approval. Production — up to 50 days after sample approval.
Can you start the process from just a sketch or an idea?
Yes. Many brands arrive with sketches, mood boards or a garment they want to develop from. Creating product files is part of what Rook does.
Do you handle shipping and customs?
Yes. Freight and customs documentation are planned during production, so landed cost is known before you commit to bulk.
Where does the AI actually help?
It reads the production record — samples, costings, mill lead times — and surfaces cost, timeline and recurring quality patterns. Every recommendation is reviewed by the production team before it reaches you.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the style, fabric and quantity. In the free consultation you get an indicative cost range and a timeline before you commit to anything.
Who owns the designs?
You do. Your designs and product files remain yours, and can be exported from the system at any time.
